The concept of guaranteeing the health of a living animal is somewhat misleading since each animal, like each human, is unique. Genetics along with the nurturing and maintenance that a Buyer provides dictates the overall health and condition of the animal. PuppyMatch4You does guarantee that, to the best of our knowledge, our puppies are in excellent health and will have been examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to being picked up by the Buyer. All required immunizations will be current and puppies will be free from obvious defects. Some puppies may experience stress due to the change in their environment so be advised that minor problems such as diarrhea, coccidiosis, wormy stool, etc., may occur and will need to be treated and, in some cases, checked by a veterinarian. It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide proper care and treatment for their puppy. Minor health problems that can be treated with medication or surgery are not covered by this guarantee and deposits will remain non-refundable unless illness or death occurs prior to Buyer taking possession. All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only.

PuppyMatch4You is confident in the heath of every puppy and this Health Guarantee will remain in effect for the period of one year from the date the Buyer takes possession. Any puppy purchased from PuppyMatch4You will be free from life threatening illness including heart or blood disorders and genetic disorders. Should death occur within the term of this Health Guarantee, it is the Buyer's responsibility to have a post-mortem examination by a licensed professional. If it is determined that the cause of death was congenital and the Buyer has complied with the conditions set herein, we will provide you with another the puppy. A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced provided the Buyer complies with the following:

-Any defect must be diagnosed within the first year of its life. PuppyMatch4You must be notified within two (2) business days of the licensed veterinarian's determination. Buyer must also have an examination and written diagnosis by a second veterinarian, unassociated with the first, agreeing with the diagnosis.

If it is determined that your puppy has a serious genetic or congenital defect the puppy either the must be returned to us in good condition (other than the diagnosed problem) or with written consent from PuppyMatch4You, euthanasia may be performed at Buyer's expense.

The replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents as the original puppy. No funds will be returned in part or in full and this guarantee applies only to the original puppy only and is nontransferable to the replacement puppy or any others you may purchase. This Guarantee does not cover shipping costs of the replacement puppy.

There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, such as but not limited to: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, mange, cancer, tumors, growths, scabies, mite related illness, other autoimmune disorders as well as any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this Guarantee.

Note: There is no warranty against Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Parvo Virus, Hip or Joint problems, Parasites, Cherry eye, Viral Bacterial Infections because there are too many variables to why some of these problems can occur that are not just heredity induced.

Buyer's Responsibilities

1. The puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery and a copy of the exam record must be sent to PuppyMatch4You.
2. All required immunizations must be current.
3. Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian.

Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned will render the terms of this Health Guarantee null and void.
